According to TFL.Org a fanlisting is simply an online list of fans of a subject, such as a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join. There are no costs, and the only requirements to join a fanlisting are your name and country. Fanlistings do not have to be large sites (although some are), they are just a place where you can sign up with other fans.

RULES
There are a few rules in joining the SakuxNaru Fanart fanlisting.
They aren't tough to follow, just make sure that when you do apply, you keep the
rules in mind.
- You must be a fan of Uchiha Sasuke and Uzimaki Naruto Fanart, or
fanstuff with Naruto in general!
- Please type your name correctly.
- Please provide your location.
- You do not need to have a website to join the fanlisting, just provide a valid
email address.
- If you do have a site, please put up the code before
or right after you have signed up.
- Please upload the codes to your server. Do not link codes directly from this
site. If you want to create your own codes or buttons, you may do so.
